Full details for all of our conference rooms are available below.

West Room

This is our largest conference room (19.2m x 11m), catering for up to 200 people theatre style and is ideal for large groups such as breakfast meetings, cocktail functions, product launches, exhibitions, dinners and training sessions.

Equipment, charged in addition to room cost, features 2 ceiling mounted data projectors, which work simultaneously, giving your computer or video presentation that professional edge. Also available in this room is an overhead projector and screen, electronic whiteboard, video player, TV, CD player, tape deck, slide projector and screen, free-standing and wall-mounted flip charts with paper and pens, hand-held and lapel microphones. An easy to use panel controls this technology via the lectern.

Pads, pens, mints and filtered water are provided with our compliments for each delegate.

Terrace Room (located on Level 2)


This conference room (13.2m x 11.3m) caters for up to 120 people theatre style and features an adjoining patio area.

With floor to ceiling windows and full audio visual equipment, the Terrace Room is ideal for large groups and works well when booked in conjunction with the adjacent Garden Room for pre-dinner drinks and seated dinners.

Pads, pens, mints and filtered water are provided with our compliments for each delegate.

Central Room


This conference room (14.2m x 7.7m) caters for up to 60 people theatre style. Your computer or video presentation will be displayed via a ceiling mounted data projector. Interconnecting doors join West and Central Rooms. For large groups, catering can be set up in The West Room and accessed via this connecting door. An easy to use touch panel controls the technology in this room.

Equipment, charged in addition to room cost, consists of overhead projector and screen, electronic whiteboard, data projector, screen and remote mouse, video player, TV, CD player, tape deck, slide projector and screen, free-standing and wall-mounted flip charts with paper and pens.

Pads, pens, mints and filtered water are provided with our compliments for each delegate.

West & Central Room Package


This is a multipurpose package for larger functions or those wanting premium space for their presentations. When the West Room is booked for over 100 people (round, oval or classroom style) or 150 people theatre style, catering is required in the Central room. Inter-connecting doors join West Room and Central Rooms. This ensures maximum comfort for your delegates and is an ideal option for those wishing to have drinks/nibbles after a function. This package can be requested even if numbers do not exceed those outlined above.

South Room

This conference room (17m x 6m) is light and spacious, and caters for up to 40 people theatre style. Your computer or video presentation will be displayed via a ceiling mounted data projector onto an electronically controlled drop-down screen. The technology in this room is controlled via a touch screen panel.

Equipment, charged in addition to room cost, consists of an overhead projector and screen, electronic whiteboard, data projector, screen and remote mouse, video player, CD player, tape deck, slide projector and screen, flip charts with paper and pens. (All equipment available at an extra cost).

South Room Set-up

The Garden Room (13.5m x 10m) caters for up to 30 people theatre style in a light and spacious facility. This room features an adjoining garden patio area that lends itself well to breakout space, cocktail evenings, BBQ lunches/dinners, or team building activities.

An extensive range of equipment is available for this room and charged in addition to the room cost.

Pads, pens, mints and filtered water are provided complimentary for each delegate.

 This conference room is suitable for up to 5 people and is ideal for use as an off-site meeting room for interviews, confidential meetings or one-on-one reviews. Our videoconference option, charged in addition to room cost, along with an extensive list of other equipment, is also available in this room.
